I have talked to a couple of their company drivers who both had like 15 or 20 years of experience, and both seemed rather happy. they were getting top pay-.39 cpm i think-and one was stayed out 2 weeks at a time and got 3200 and 3500 miles per week, and the other said he had a dedicated route that had him home on weekends. He only got like 2000 miles a week, he said he was thinking of switching over to flatbed to get an extra .01 cpm. Still, I think .39 cpm is a little low for someone w/ 20 years of experience when there are drivers out there getting .40 or maybe a little more with only a year under their belts.

Yeah, that is a good point there is a reason those trucks have permits for all 48! In reality, the bottom line is that one company does not make everyone happy. I know that sounds a little baisc, but it has been said many times on here, what is right for one is not right for another. I am sure there are many who love Swift, many who love Werner, JB, USX and etc... Heck, there are probably some that just love CRE! We all have something that will make us happy, and hopefully we are all lucky enough to find that something with the company that we choose.
