    Default Crete pay/miles?

Crete seems to offer more pay than most, but do you get the miles? Like at least 2200 or so?

If you average 2200 you'll get called into the office real quick. I average 3000 at least. At 2200 you won't qualify for your annual pay increase.

I average 3300-3400 miles per week when I'm on the road, if I include hometime in the calculation I average 3100 per week overall.

With that pay rate and mileage you guys say you get, it sounds like a good gig. Is there a downside or a catch?

They don't let you get home as often as some would like.

Does that mean they will run the hell out of you or, does it mean you are sitting somewhere other than home? IMO, why go OTR if you dont want to run the hell out of some miles. If they will run you, it sounds like a killer JOB!

Very little sitting at Crete unless you are doing a reset or getting your truck worked on. I'm always trying to figure out ways to squeeze another 15 minute block out of my logbook. Not because they make me, mind you.

    Default Crete

Dont think about getting cute with log books at Crete. Couldnt years ago. Chances are even less since that huge accident in Florida.

Q: Do they actually pay .41 cpm to a person with 1 yr exp?
    (or am i misreading)
Right now i get .31cpm after being here 1 and a half yrs.
a dime more sounds to good to be true.

Q: Do they let you log 'State Speed Limit'?
The company I work for now requires we log 3 mph
    under what the state allows.

Qoes their trucks have 12 power plugs for laptops?

Also do they have small refridgerators in thier trucks?

    Thanks

No fridges. Nothing allowed that has to be hard wired. Never seen a truck that didn't have 12v power plugs. You are supposed to log it as you drive it. If you drive it at the posted speed limit then log it that way. Why would they state that they pay .41 if they don't mean it?
