ok for starting out with for cdl school. Like most other big carriers, turn over is high and pay is looooow. I started with MD, they were the dry van OTR division of comcar, put in my 1 year to the date and moved on to way better jobs. I think CTL used to be the highest paid, but also the most risk, pulling hazmat tanks.

i work for CTL but im still with a trainer though. Like the other guy said its a good place to start, specially if you want to get into tankers. They school is good and you will be trained on a tanker the whole way through. HTH

I work for CCC, they're part of Comcar. I started right out of school and they took me w/ no experience. I'm making average $800 a week working 6 days a week mon-sat. I do about 11-12 hours a day and I'm home each day, off sunday. The pay could be a lot better. I made $40k last year.
