It could be that the car was never hit by the truck in question. Why do we assume the driver is guilty? I think that presumption of guilt is part of the public bias against drivers. You know its possible the car spun out in front of the truck all by itself and the kid driver is trying to cover up his mistake.

I thought the same thing Smooth. I don't think he read the WHOLE post before he replied. I wanted to say something to him, but I cause enough trouble on here. So I kept my mouth and finger off topic.

yeah pennsylvania does have a bunch of dumb drivers but what state doesn't and as far as the dispatcher, EMT, Fire, Police, and whatever other bueracratic entity we can name when their is weather like that they do have a tendency to become back logged. I have some family that are in those fields and they say the worse times to call 911 is during snowstorms, hurricanes, and other natural disasters.
