    I thought the same thing Smooth. I don't think he read the WHOLE post before he replied. I wanted to say something to him, but I cause enough trouble on here. So I kept my mouth and finger off topic.

    yeah pennsylvania does have a bunch of dumb drivers but what state doesn't and as far as the dispatcher, EMT, Fire, Police, and whatever other bueracratic entity we can name when their is weather like that they do have a tendency to become back logged. I have some family that are in those fields and they say the worse times to call 911 is during snowstorms, hurricanes, and other natural disasters.
    I would rather fail at something that will ultimately succeed rather than succeed at something that will ultimately fail.
