    Default facts not opinion

If anyone can tell me about Baylor Trucking and their Ohio,Indiana and Kentucky regional runs I would like to hear about it. Such as miles, pay home time. I talked to a driver today and if most of what he told me is true, this company will NOT have any trouble keeping trucks full.

i drove for baylor for about a month or two. i should have not left, they were good people and willing to work with drivers to get what both needed. i did a dedicated run, pulled out of colgate palmolive in cambridge, ohio to cranbury, nj. the reason i did this is because they pay and additional 10 cents per mile for loads going into jersey. i made 48 cents going east with that load and 38 for any other miles. i do not know if they still have it or not but they had picked up loads from budweiser in newark, nj back to this area. i had problems with my dispatcher and left. the head recruiter, jeff, got me a gig on their pepsi dedicated account that would have got me home throguh the week and on weekends, but i was to stuborn(stupid) to go back. best of luck to ya, ask if they will take me back?

Had a chance to talk to the founder of the company a couple of years ago. Actually I made a delivery to his house. He is well into his 80's and his kids run it now but he still keeps informed. He told me that their biggest trouble keeping drivers had to do with all the freight they hauled into and out of the NE, particularly NYC. I was driving local at the time and looking to get back OTR and Baylor was on my list. After hearing about how I would spend so much time in the NE I never gave them another thought. The old man was a real prince of a guy though.

Are you willing to die to take them away from me?
