I think it all depends on what you want to do with Knight. I think, they have an OTR division, and they also have a weekly hometime regional, etc division. May want to see if you can find any drivers, and talk to them, as well as recruiters.
Have you hit any truck stops? Good place to start.
Knight can get you home most weekends for at least 36 hours if you wish.
You can stay out longer of course if you wish.
Finding the right trucking company is like finding the right person to marry. I really comes down to finding one whose BS you can put up with and who can put up wih yours.

Can't speak for the other terminals,Iam out of the Kansas City terminal, but I work ten out, three in most all of the time.
That is what I worked out with my travel agent when I started.
Alot of the guy's complaine about only getting home one day on the weekend off program.
It really is something you and your dispatcher work out around here.
As long as you cover around 11,000 a mounth they will usually work real well with you.
Try the US Express account for Dollar General, pay good and can probably get you home every weekend and some through the week. call the zanesville terminal. the guy that was in charge a year or two ago was Mike Lent, really good, standup guy.
