I don't know them, but I would work for a larger company instead of risking my future on a smaller company. There are lots of stories of drivers getting shafted at small companies and still drivers think that small companies will treat you better.

Hartt requires one year and 100,000 miles of verifiable OTR experience. I have talked to several drivers who were happy with them. If you can get a regular run it is pretty good. One of my driving school instructors had previously worked there and had every weekend home and spend one night at home in the middle of the week.

The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
    Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.
