I am looking into going to work for COT can anyone tell me what they think how are they to work for. I havent heard alot of bad things at all just want some real world experience

We used to live in OR and I have talked to alot of their drivers. They seem happy there and their bennies are really good for company guys.
You should get your doubles if you dont already have them...especially if you live out there and want to be home most weekends. They will help you get them if ya dont have them.
Anyway they seem like a really nice buch to work with.
