I can tell you that this WAS a great company. Now that it has been bought by Prime, it seem like drivers are leaving it like rats from a sinking ship. The attraction for this company was Home every weekend offset by lower pay than other flatbed companies. Well the pay is still .34 CPM start but the home time is getting shorter and shorter(A weekend does not consist of getting home at 4AM Saturday and having to leave early Sunday to pick up a load for Monday AM delivery) also seems like there's less mileage and more sit-and-wait for a load time, etc
Basically, their new motto should be
"Hey, we don't screw you as bad as Prime, but we're trying"
