Thread: How is Central Refrigerated Service?

    Actually not as much as they once were. Central Reefer no longer uses Central Freights and Swifts yards and fuel points. Swift is run by the Mormon Church now and the Church has nothing to do with Central Reefer but I believe Jerry sold 50% of Central Freight to Swift.

    When I worked there it was totaly seperate from swift. I guess jerrys daughter was heavily involved with it. And they lease thier trucks from the same place and have alot of similar policies.

    Central is open door though, you can go into mission control and sitdown with your dispatcher or go walk into the CEOs office if you want. I heard swift isn't like that.

    I see new Swift Freightliners again.....I guess Jerry and Freightliner kissed and made up.

    We have the new Cascadias at Pride. Im hoping to have one before the end of the year. Drove one this week and its a pretty nice truck.
