I ran dry van with them for a short time, can try to answer any general questions about the company you might have. I pulled a skateboard on my road test at the Georgia terminal![]()
soledad is working for them currently as well, though I think she's also in the dry box fleet.

Soladad here... I do pull van for Roehl. Have talked with several flat bedders over the past year since starting with Roehl. My late husband was a flat bedder for years so I can hang in with the guys and talk "shop" fairly well. I really haven't heard too much complaining on flat bedding in general. Most of the complaining is the general company stuff that every division is growling about. Please if you read Novacane's diary here on this web site don't read too deep into it. She had a lot of problems trying flat bedding and some of it was brought on by poor decision making (in my book). Stop in at one of the terminals (Marshfield, WI, Gary, IN or Ellenwood, GA/Atlanta) or sit at your local truck stop and talk with a few drivers. Best way to find out the info you are looking for.
