I know people who work at both companies. From what they have told me, they're content with the companies they have chosen. BOL in your selection.

I've never worked for May, but did look into them when I was leaving Marten. I'm currently employed by Crete and very content here. You can look through my post history to see what I've had to say about Crete and Marten. If you click the link in my sig it will take you to Crete's website, which has a lot of info.
