OUR SERVICES:
• Your dispatcher will review all of your options with you.

• Verify credit worthiness of broker or shipper.
• Handle all necessary faxes and paperwork including rate confirmation, broker set up and insurance certificates.
• Make sure you or your driver is properly dispatched out on the load with the correct information.

DRIVER CRITERIA:
• At least 22 years of age.
• Ability to be away from home at least 1 week (7 days) at a time.
• No convictions or DUI (drug or alcohol related) offense in last 5 years. Must have a valid driver's license for a year.
• Must have a U.S. residential address and speak at least basic English.
• Ability to pass a physical and DOT drug screen and FMCSA rules.

I’m completely confused.

Your post says you are a “carrier” looking for “owner operators”, but in the description of your services, it sounds like you are a dispatch service looking to work with small carriers instead. Why else would you be setting up with brokers and negotiating the best possible rates? In fact, at the end of your post, you say you are a dispatch service.

Then there’s that part where you, who as my dispatcher would be working for ME, is telling me what criteria I must meet as a driver.

I’m not trying to be rude, but are you schizophrenic or what?
