need job

Hi all: I am doing this for my son. He wants to get back into trucking so badly. He worked for werner, long story, not great company. So he wants back in took a refresher course in 2007 almost had 2 jobs, they talk with werner and come back saying they can't hire him. 4 incidents, no damage to trailer/rig, or to property or people, one late load one hour due to flu problems.

Where in the world can he go, pam just denied him. Will he have to go to a company with a school and re-start over again. He is still paying on his original school.

Just wanted to see if i could help him. He missed driving and just wants a chance.

that's not good. he might be out of it for a while... and pretty much no companie is hiring right now. it's hard for every one... you might want to find an ower op. who has his own business pulling his own loads... really i wish him the best of luck...

Thanks for the reply. Things are tight all over. Truckers are the backbone of America, now the backs are broken.

Hope something will someday come along.
