Dawn, there are people here who have lived their lives on a log book for over 20 plus years.

and there are some who haven't! So do we exclude the ones who haven't? NO! Just because some know the regulations doesn't mean they all know!

Bottom line, the bickering of the past was in the past and behind everyone. Starting not one, but TWO, threads to stir the pot for absolutely NO other reason that to cause problems, is a fast-track to getting your posting privileges revoked.
