Default Tuberville going to Texas Tech

Well the college coaching carousel keeps turning round and round. It was announced on the evening news tonight that former Auburn coach Tommy Tuberville has signed a five-year contract to be the new football coach at Texas Tech. Next question: where will Mike Leach end up?

I like the idea of Tuberville being at Tech. I hope he will try to run the same style offense, and get a re-birth of the dead defense. I think Tuberville is a good choice.

Seriously, I don't know, but I bet some big school will hire Leach, and he will land himself on a gold mind.

You put Leach at USC and look out, they get some playmakers there. He wouldn't have to fight so hard for the big time recruits like he did at TT and even then he usually lost out to Texas or OU.

Nice pickup by TT but Tuberville will not keep the same offense, TT fans will see a more conservative "boring" offense. I'm curious as to why they didn't look for Craig James to become the new head coach, I mean he's an encyclopedia of football knowledge................the players will get water breaks every 3 minutes during the commercial breaks.

Yeah, Tuberville is a good coach but his offense is about exciting as watching paint dry! Craig Jame? Good one Mr. Ford!!
