Name and address of your employer. Dates for employment. Accidents, tickets and incidents. Whether you are eligible for rehire. Training you received. And probably more, but that is all that I have ever seen on mine.
Also, any inquiries that have been made on you, whom by, and when.
A full backround check includes the criminal stuff too, so you get a copy of that,
It will only show those employers who are members with USIS (DAC), even though any company can get a report on you, only those that are "members" can report on your working history with them.
I only have a couple of employers on mine, but had more than that. Not a bad thing. Hope this helps.
