Default Need to get my DAC report cleaned up, any suggestions?

I have 3 tickets and a few non-preventables on my record. I want to team drive with a friend of mine, but Schneider National won't re-hire me and he doesn't want to work for the company I am driving for right now. So we are looking to both get hired somewhere else. Before I do that, I want to get my DAC report cleaned up before I apply somewhere else and risk getting turned down.

I know there are a lot of lawfirms and trucker associations that offer help with DAC, but I don't want to get ripped-off by some scheister that's going to take my money, then cut and run! Any suggestions?

Dispute every preventable as an unpreventable. A frivolous reporting by a safety department to minimize corporate expenses.
Tell carriers you have no speeding tickets, no criminal record and that the companies you worked for were trying to catch
up with trailers that were damaged that they couldn't keep up with while many of their drivers were changing companies and
not reporting damages to the safety department. Celadon, Marten and PTL are hiring.

You can contest anything on your DAC. If the report is accurate, then nothing will be removed.

What about situations where they are wishy washy about what they say (they will review for rehire but also say that you where a no show)?

I think Gman has it spelled out for you, but if you are wanting to check anyway to see if a DAC can be cleaned up, then probably DacFix is your best option. They are pretty reputable.
