Default CSA question

Awhile back, someone posted a link to where you go to get a copy (or to at least see it) of your CSA2010 information as a driver.

Anyone know what it is? I sure as hell can't find it.

You better get one , and every other driver as well ,because things get on this safety score by error much easier than regular dac/usis or whatever it's called now . For example I got ticketed last year Dec 11th 2009 for false logs due to mileage fasification ,well I did not enter fase mileage the officer despite having BILL OF LADING with ZIP CODE of shipper in hand used the wrong Crete,NE (yes there are 2 case/saline couty) in mileage calculations his mileage using Crete of Chase county had me running 850.7 miles in 11hrs ...this officer then wrote me a 77mph speeding ticket by dividing 11hrs into 850 miles ...He also gave me a seat belt ticket/marker light ticket ...well it was daytime and I had not lights on ,and the seatbelt was removed to unlock passenger door ,which had no way to unlock/roll window down from drivers seat . The officer did not do vehicle inspection ,but did search cab for 1.5 hrs before taking me OOS ...However I sent documentation to the courts of Winslow county ,AZ including shippers bol which contains zip code and mileage documentation ,And my charges were dismissed by the DA ,however the DOT is still reporting the info as if charged/convicted an this put 70 points on my CSA score...Now I have to jump through the hoops of DATA-Q to remove the info . Keep in mind this was no plea bargain case it was dismissed in full due not being valid ,and it still showed ...So I suggest looking at this profile every 6 months and certainly b4 putting in an app.

I always say to the officer,I have to take my seatbelt off, this way he has to acknowledge that it's on, and I'm sure you know that all your lights have to work whether it's dark out or not

How would you manage this with officer at passenger door ,and no way to roll passenger window down from driver seat...fob was broke for passenger window It's a 780 volvo I'm 5'6 ...see the issue ?...But the entire ticket was dismissed in full . The DOT does not wait until conviction to report the info from a stop, and the DOT and courts do not communicate to each other ,So info under CSA can end up falsely on your record very easily...In my opionion the DOT should be required to wait to report info until charges actually become convictions ,because their is no guilt until convicted ,and it should be the DOT's responsibility to make certain they are reporting accurately .
