Petition to Congress

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for the People of the United States to remove from elected office those Elected Representatives that have repeatedly and defiantly turned deaf ears upon the Will of the People whom they report to serve, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare that this Right of the People to recall their Representatives by special election be included as an Amendment to the Constitution of the United States. So say we all the Undersigned.
