HOS changes announcd today might mean no more 34 hr restart

How about going back to the old rules and just cracking down on them?


How about imposing the same HOS rules for 4 wheelers, too?


How about regulating the shippers/receiver's hours instead?


When my schedule runs 7a to 9p, how do I make an 11p appointment if I have to log line 4? Technically I'm out of hours.


Personally I like the 10/8 rules better. I could take a nap if I wanted, a long lunch, split my sleeper time when going through Chicago, etc. Now I'm forced to drive hungry, tired, and agitated.
