I would like to do a Pete 389 Kit with a Pre emissions Cummins and show them I can get just as good fuel mileage and burst his bubble with out the 3000 Turbo waste of money. I can probaly do the Pete cheaper then what they are going to ask for Freightshaker. And what about engine warranty, you proably have to take it to Pittsburg Power to get it worked on. I think Pittsburg Power is a authorized Cummins dealer only, they just work on other makes.

I question whether this would be CA emissions legal.

I'm starting to think that Rutherford is basically a charlatan. His main goal is to promote himself.

And that's kind of sad because there is a substantial germ of truth to his basic message.
