What kind of driver is willing to be paid on an IRS 1099 with minimal or (most likely) no benefits? You got it! Non-hires!
GMAN is a lifestyle trucker. Keep your money in your pocket. Have some respect for the drivers that you are going to hire with minimal to no benefits and place yourself in their shoes.
