I am currently trying to find a good qualified driver for one of my trucks and having problems. We have only been in this biz 2.5 years so still pretty wet behind the ears. What would you all prefer cpm or %? How much cpm to start? If % how much percentage? Off of true gross or net? If so what expenses you take off before figuring what % based off of. We have always paid cpm but looking at any option to help gain driver. Thank you!

P.S. Currently starting at $0.35 cpm, all miles driven.
