Default What to expect at receiver when you have a reefer breakdown?

Hi, I was hauling cabbage in a 53 feet reefer. I picked up cabbage on Thursday and will be delivering Monday morning. The set temperature was 34 degrees on a continuous mode. They also put a temp recorder. I had a reefer breakdown and it took dealer 9 hours to complete repairs. Meanwhile temp inside the box rose to 57 degrees. What to expect when I will be delivering cabbage on Monday? Will it be rejected?

Depends on what it was for. If it was going for slaw it was a lesser grade to begin with. Any problems when delivering don't leave untill inspected by USDA.

I'm glad it worked out for you. If they had rejected the load, what then?
