whats the difference in a level 1 and a level 3 dot inspection?

I think in MN, they actually do check your underwear.

I have a paper that list every item for every level of inspection. Check your pm.

I turn off my computer and throw my cell phone as far as possible on the weekend.
I did find a website for you though. It's much more detailed than my list too.

Try googleing dot level 2 inspection and see what you get and then try level 3 and see if you get that also.
