What a day. Broke a Z Bar on the rear susp. When it was at chester spring shop they found my front right spring is broke. So now i have to replace both sets of springs on the front axle. All the bushings in my sway bars are blowed out too. So i will miss monday and have a $2,100.00 bill. What a Friday. like the saying goes. BIG TRUCKS, BIG BUCKS

Yeah that is rough, brother had to replace front springs on a big Sterling they have a week after he started there. The driver told him to not worry about it even though the springs on the left front were completely snapped and the truck was leaning to the left. While doing that he found out why the driver had been complaining of a clunking sound, the bushings were all gone. Seems when those big trucks have an issue, it's a big issue for sure.

Remember when Fridays were just collecting your check and going to buy some beer, no headaches.

    Good times.

I do feel your pain! If all Brandon pays for his work is $2,100....he is indeed a lucky man!! Just the bushings for the rear suspension on my ITH 9400 was $3,400. Add in the full front suspension and the bill jumped to $6,900.

It pays to know how to do it yourself but it's a major headache I'd rather pay someone else to take care of. I helped my brother with that truck he was doing, F that.
