Lease Operator

Can anyone tell me of a flatbed company that offers a lease ownership program? I have heard a lot of stories of drivers getting ripped off by unscrupulous companies. Maybe I live in a fantasy world, but I would think that somewhere out there, there is a compny who will deal with a driver for the best interest of both parties. I run hard on regional averaging 3000 to 3500 miles per week.
I am 52 years old and have been driving for the past 10 years, so I'm not a newbie to flatbed truckin', just looking for a fair shake.
