Default Dammit I get all excited

1995 KENWORTH W900B Heavy Duty Trucks - Conventional Truck w/ Sleeper For Sale At TruckPaper.com

Would be just about perfect. Exactly what I want. Just chop off 26" off the frame, bringing it to Canadian legal 244". Lots of W900B's up here with 86" studio sleeper, but I've never seen one with a detroit. Even has over the frame exhaust.

    But then I noticed....

Both are fine, 52,000 is standard GVW. Steers look a little worn to me but fine for another year. Kenworth experts should pick up on the little flaw right away. PM me if you guys want to know what it is, I'll reveal it later.

whats so great about the exhaust running on the frame? is that a 13 sp trans? I wanna know what the tire wear is from too... looks like a little understeer or dry 5thwheel, maybe even toe-in if it is both sides...

We have a winner! Quicker than I thought. You need a short hood w900 to be able to run the 86" sleeper on a 244" wheelbase. You really need that extra 10". Especially with a headache rack. What irritates me is why does the one pic say w900b, on the door stamp? Maybe Kenworth changed the designation at some point? It's clearly a W900L.

Having the exhaust on top of the frame allows the tanks to be snugged up against the steps, just gives us short wheelbase guys a little more room to play with behind the tanks. You are right they changed the listing to a 13 speed, it was an 18 speed before. I should've caught that in the pics too.

I really don't see anything wrong with the tires?

Should make a decent truck for someone else. As long as it checks out.

I had a middle age moment. I was combining the truck and trailer. I thought, '52,000??? What's he suppose to haul? Toilet paper??'

It also is not an aerocab, thats why the over frame exhaust, it is the 2 piece cab and sleeper, it also does not have an air ride cab,you couldn't have because of the boot between the cab and sleeper, just maybe an air ride sleeper.

Looks like a clean original truck, low mileage for its age, but still high mileage for the price.

All those "modular" cabs say W900B, don't know why they just do

That dash cluster doesn't look original. I was pretty sure it was a 2 piece cab and sleeper.

Thats the digital dash, it was an option for a few years they either worked or didn't, one of my friends has one and never had a problem,in over 1.5 million miles and another one had it replaced 3 times and then converted it to a regular dash before it had hit 500,000 miles........go figure
