    i need a charge air cooler. where is the best place to get one?

    oh? hows that?

    sadly it wont be for a while.. having air leak problems no one can find.. not to mention my ps pump bought the farm and need 2 front tires..

    They are using some advanced airspace technology, and 5 years warranty on a top line. It's a good idea to replace a leaking, even a small leak, cost you a lot in a process.

    I have used them. never bought from them. had mine tested. had no leaks , so they did not try to sell me one. Detroit rad co is in the same area. I am very near to both.

    i called fleet air. i didnt like the ladys attitude. they were really expensive. i ordered it from freightliner yesterday. there was a company in jacksonville that was real cheap just couldnt get the right numbers off the CAC

    Well, i guess something has changed and not for the better! I've had a real good experience with them, that was about 10 years ago....

    Yeah I guess I should of mentioned mine was tested there about 8 years ago. my shop man who has a shop in the same town less than a mile away, took it there to be tested.

    i guess so. she was nasty and arrogant. it was actually cheaper from freightliner. my dad's truck is a 94 and def. the original and its fine. i do plan on getting a new truck or building a glider in a few years so this one should last. the local cat dealer said it should only be a hour to 2 hours to do so it'll keep the cost down. freightliner wanted $700!

    i think i did call them but i could not get the part number off the CAC.
