I don't know for sure but I'd like to hazard a guess of 6k give or take 2k.
I love the old school look, nice choice. Care to give us all the details Mike? or is it too early.
Don't forget to put 6" stacks on it after painting. just a thought.
Since we're on the subject of paint jobs (hope you don't mind Mike) I have a question also.
Can you get the Imron paint in any color? I like the new maroon color that Dodge has and would like to eventually paint my truck that color.
Just give them the paint code and decide if you want BC/CC or elite.
A well known east coast shop gave me a price of $18,000, the shop by Frystown Pa, gave me a price of $10,000, both were for one color and the entire chassis including sandblasting. Basically I have the same truck.
Painting is VERY labor intensive, and thanks to the EPA paint is VERY expensive, if you can get a paint job under $4000, expect it to come off when you wash it.
Paint jobs on cars run into 6 to 7K, good jobs, not the Earl Scheib jobs of the 60's
A gallon of red paint with the activators is way over $100.00 these days
BCC/ CC = base coat clear coat, or just base coat, no clear

If you're going to do the frame paint it with por 15, it will *never* rust or peel off as long as it is applied correctly.
That is called the " Seminole" paint scheme that PACCAR is offering on it's W900 and 389's....
I had a quote to have my 74 Pete painted identical to the KW in your pic, except it is black/white/red....... was going to cost me $19,000 at 4-State Trucks. Yes, they would of removed EVERYTHING off the frame and smoothed out all the rivits, and shaved the door-handles, frenched the headlights and grill surround, painted the full gangster fenders/visor and also painted the bumper. I am still debating having this done, but not sure yet i want to go that extensive or just go with a rat-rod look and stick to a matte finish and save $10K
I would just suggest that you just have it repainted in factory color if it really needs it. If the paint isn't that bad, I know some places around here that will put a "vinyl wrap" on the truck for about $1,500-$2,000 and make it look custom too.... just a thought.
This is the scheme I was going to do....

Update. I hate truck dealers.

The old Pete paint shop on Polk Ave I think in Nashville quoted $2G but that was probably 10 years ago. Sandblasting was a little extry.
I just buffed it instead and everyone thought it was a new truck.
The reason I'm a narcissist is cause everyone else is so lame.
