Major D.O.T. Inspection!!!
Phew! I had a major D.O.T. Inspection just yesterday at a weigh station in Ocala, FL. Had it been 24 hrs. earlier (when I had a tire with a major amount of tread gone/missing) or had it been my old truck, I might have been written up for violations. But I passed with flying colors!

glad to hear that... running joke with my friends is i have never had a DOT inspection (other than log book 3X & pass all 3) i'll have my 1.000.000 next year, the wife on the other hand has had 4 in the last 6 years (pass all 4) she was even DOTed when parked bobtail in a service plaza in chicago..!
