Default Who wants to pickup/deliver my trailer for me?

Its in Long Island NY and well, I don't want to get it. Anyone interested in picking it up and bringing to MS (must be this weekend) or to CA sometime in the next 1-2 weeks? Please be reasonable with what you would charge, and I'm fine with you putting a load in it so you can make more $. K thanks

Unless one could find a trailer out in CA to bring back, that would be an expensive round trip.

I almost can do it, I'm going to FL on Wed. But I need a trailer for return trip to Island.

Who on the Island has it?
I can use power tools, and I'll think about doing your dry cleaning if the rates are good.

private party has it. I'm going to have to pass on it and buy something else on my way back to CA unless I can find someone wanting to haul it for my budget.

What did you expect when you bought a trailer on the east coast? Didn't you figure in the cost of having to transport it to the west coast? I knew 4500.00 was just a little too good to be true. BTW,what exactly is your budget?

Get Landstar to haul it. I see on their load boards than people who haul Vans are getting about $.89 cents per mile right now.

Report it stolen and offer a reward of $500 to return it to CA. Tell them the police found it in Long Island.

You should be able to find a trailer much closer to home. There are several trailer dealers around Fontana. There is an auction coming up in Ft Worth this week. If you can pay cash you can often get a good buy in equipment at these auctions. You might also check around Reno. A friend of mine told me a lot of people are parking their trucks around that area. Some might be interested in getting out from under their payments. You may also check with K & L Truck and Trailer in Knoxville, TN. They have some good buys in vans from time to time. If you get around Atlanta, there are several dealers just south of the city on Moreland Ave.
