I've added some implements to my truck since my last show. I now have a legitimate wok and steamer. Perhaps if I'm feeling ambitious tomorrow morning, I'll do a breakfast episode. I've been making a great little sandwich these past few days that might interest some of you.

You could open up a mobile restaurant. You could call it Rev's Breakfast, Wok and Sandwich.

Speaking of mobile restaraunts I am thinking of selling my truck and trailer and buying a nice little roach coach catering truck. I will be sure to have bean burritos on my menu as they are in high demand here.

Told you a real wok would fit! What size did you get?

It's a full size wok, just a cheapo Wal Mart one. I haven't found a home for it yet, so its future in the truck is still uncertain.

You have cabinets right? Put a piece of pegboard on the back inside of one of then and hang the wok and pans up.

And I bet you're a pack-rat too. Time to prioritize, what can you live without? You won't need the wok every trip will you? Change things up once in a while.

50cpm? Last two weeks my fuel has averaged 37cpm, and that was running out west.

If he's only getting 5 mpg, his costs would be $0.50 per mile. He'd also have a very sucky truck.

After previously having a '03 500HP C15, I'm ecstatic with my current set up and almost 7mpg.

I don't know what the problem is, I have room to carry a Chef in my Pete, plus a elect skillet, a rocket grill, and the kitchen sink.

Yeah, trucks must be tight in my lane. There is only one measly load posted that I'm interested in and it pays $700 on 250 miles. I didn't think $2.80/mile was bad considering the state of things.
