No kidding......I think this is the twilight zone.....at least I am not the only one.

Okay, since the "new posts" button is only bringing up a couple of threads right now (the other ones aren't new enough, I guess), what you need to do is change the time pararmeters on the forum you're in. You have to do it manually every time though right now until they get this whole board de-glitched.

I gotta go look and see how to do it so I tell you right.

They switched to a new style of message board and there have been a lot of programming errors today.

Okay, when you go to a forum- any forum- take Owner Operator Forums, for instance, scroll to the bottom and on the left you'll see this:
Sorted By Thread Title Sort Order Ascending From The Last Day

You need to change Thread Title to Last Post Time (otherwise they'll be in alphabetical order) and change From the Last Day to From the Last Week (or whatever you want- there's a drop down menu). Then you'll see the old treads.

You have to do this every time for now- I hope they fix that because it is a bit irritating.

To reset the password from the temp one that was sent to you go into USER CP ( on the top blue bar on this page) Edit email and password. You have to put in the current password then your new one

I want the little red and yellow trucks back. The ones that show you a new post. I quess we can learn to adapt. But the old style board was much nicer. I was going to name myself Notsidman82, but figured out how to get new password for original name. If you get banned, just wait like 1/2 hour and try again. I want my truck picture back. I also want to see Gmans blue head!!

Yes, I certainly did wildkat. I didn't know what was going on. I think everyone got banned. At first, I thought they closed the forum down. Someone dropped the ball on this change over. It would have been good if they could have given a few days notice so it would not be such a surprise to everyone. Some people would probably not even make the effort to get on when they were told they were permanently banned.
