You see a lot of ads on truck paper that say that. Whats the deal? Is that some sort of legal thing or do they simply not like Americans?

Could it be that there is so much wrong with them they feel it best to sell to other countries where safety not an issue? 2006 -2007 I was over in the Philippines, and they still use trucks from the 40's Abandon US Army Trucks from WWII in transporting Sugar canes.
