I just bought another HP all in one printer at Office Depot for $100. There are some that are less expensive, but I liked the smaller footprint and the fact that it could also act as a stand alone fax, should the one I have in my office bite the dust. There is a Lexmark which was available for the same price which was a little faster. I have had good service out of both brands. I currently have an HP in my office and it has done a good job for me. WalMart has some HP all in one printers for about $80. I have seen them for less, on occasion. Mine is also a flatbed scanner. If you don't want a flatbed scanner you can probably find one for less than I paid for mine and it would also take up less room. It is all in what you want.

what we have in the truck is a HP 1200 all-in-one and it has worked great for 4 years and it sits in the overhead... it was at wamlart for $88 somthing like this http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...uct_id=6370924 will do a good job. i wouldn't use a sheet feed scanner. sometimes what you need to scan will not fit in a sheet feed
btw you will need to keep more ink in the truck as thay dryout faster
