Checklist of Questions To Ask Company Before Signing Lease?

Somewhere recently on the web I found a list someone had compiled of questions to ask a company before signing a lease agreement. Of course I didn't print it at the time and alot will be covered in the lease contract itself, still would be nice to find it again. Anyone recall where this can be found, I searched the OOIDA site, ATBS, etc. Or has anyone made up their own list and kept it?
