Puddles of pish next to our door and half eaten goat wrapped in paper silver.
Happy truckings

Hard to say, running around NE i avg 425 a day. Been able to bang out 575+ quite a few times, hard in this area to do, unless from PA to MA using the pike.

Average, I'd say about 5-600, per work day, but "average", didn't mean much, in this context!

773 miles / 65mph = 11.892307692307692307692307692308 hours.
(above figure is no joke, this is what the calculator spit out on my laptop  )

773 miles / 11 LEGAL HOURS = 70.27272727272727272727 AVG MPH
(again, laptop calculator)

Would say what, 11.75 hours or so.................

If you drove 11.75 hours, you violated the 11 hour rule

If you claim to have averaged 70.27 mph, you falsified your logs.

The laws of gravity, the laws of physics, and common sense state that you will not average 70 mph over an 11 hour period, when you are driving in a state with a 75 mph speed limit. There's things like MOUNTAINS, TRAFFIC, SCALES, and FUELING that will slow you down well below 70 mph, thereby rendering your "average" impossible.

At best, you'll get a 67 mph average, and even that would be darn hard to pull off.

Rev, how about this. Drive Hours starting around modnight, till 11 Am. Take 10 hours off, which would be till 9 PM. Drive till next 11 hours. Minus the other small task that has to be logged? This way he or who ever could drive more than 11 hours in one day, therefore it would be legal to do 770 miles maybe a few more.

What you fail to take into account is that you'd be out of hours in less than 5 days, and have to take a 34 hour reset. Therefore, when calculating out your average miles over a weeks time, you wouldn't be anywhere near that 770 miles.

770 X 5 = 3850 miles / 7 days = More like an average of 550 miles per day average over a 7 day period. And that isn't taking into account any pre trips, post trips, fueling, loading, unloading, etc. that eats up your 70 hour clock.

It just isn't possible, and it just isn't realistic.

You're reading it wrong. I'm just saying that it isn't realistic. I'm not pointing fingers.
