Default Fuel shut off valve location on FLD120?

I don't know much about trucks but I am a DIY kind of guy.My fuel tank is still leaking because the guy I paid $300 to seal the tank forgot to seal a small section on the passenger side tank.I could buy another tank but that is 500 at the yard and 300 to put it in.
I bought a fuel transfer pump to suck out the fuel from that side and into the master tank but that failed because the tanks are still leveling themselves.I don't want to open the drain plug underneath and make a spill.I just want to close this valve, suck out the fuel and JB weld the leaking spot.
One dealership tells me there is no drain valve and another one tells me otherwise. How would they know without taking the last 6 of my vin#?
Is there an All Data for FLDs or a service manual I can order?.A driver told me valve sits in between the fuel lines but I see nothing.I am loosing about half a cup a day.

You should see a Valve off of that tank. Never drove that Tractor but it's usually basic with most trucks

Default I already went to that link.

Thanks for the link but I have already been there and that is for a newer FLD and they tell you the location for the new ones.
Trucks are just not like cars and their infos are limited.I crawled under the truck and looked on top of each tank and Nada.I even found where the return line meets.I just have to keep looking in between each ferrin.
Thanks!

Default

I never saw the Cross-over "Faucet" On Top of the Tanks-just underneath.
