Does anyone know the cost of getting a Dyno Test run, and are the dealerships the only place to get one done?

I'd say between $3-500. Not every dealership has dyno.

I have heard numbers as low as $150. I would count on about $300-400.

You can take it to most any dealer. There are some garages who do them. It will probably cost less if you can find a good garage who can do it for you. The engine manufacturer's have dealers in most mid to larger cities. Most will be able to do the dyno for you.
