    Default Legal plans for driver

    Would like to hear some driver opinion on the different driver legal plans offer to drivers. if you have one which one do you have and a good or bad experience with it. Thanks

    I never bought it or had it because I always considered it a Scam but that was just my opinion.

    I've had drivers use them and have gotten large speeding tickets reduced to seatbelt violations. If you are the type of driver that is a magnet for DOT, then you should have a legal plan. $35 per month to protect your livelihood maybe worth it, however, driving like a professional would save you $35 per month and hassle/tickets from Mr DOT. If you do get a ticket you must stay on top of your rep to handle it, I have seen them let things fall thru the cracks. Had a driver bobtailing in NY get a ticket from a local cop for no license plate on the rear of the tractor. The driver insisted, his legal plan would handle it, it fell through the cracks and he had to pay that bogus ticket.
