DFW area Texas end dump driver needed

Looking for an end dump driver in the DFW area of Texas. We are willing to pay a percentage of what the truck makes.

We have a driver now but he isn't happy about being local.

This job requires you to be up at the loading pit by 4:30 am but you get done around 4 p.m. 5 to 6 days a week, home every day.
We have a beautiful 2001 Freightliner XL in excellent condition.

Driver needs a fairly clean MVR. No more than 2 violations in the last 5 years. Driver must be at least 25 years old.
