    Default Ooops!!!

professional drivers and good teachers; I oops on my road test. I can drive forward. I can do a forward serpentine. I can alley dock. On the road I can shift a nine speed and a ten speed as if I had been doing it all my life. I can straight back between two trailers; piece of cake. The damn parallel parking is killing me.  The other day I had to blind side parallel park. I had it almost right except I encroached with the right side tractor tandems. Today I had to parallel park from the sight-side. Once again I was almost in good; this time I encroached with left side trailer tandems. There is no justice in the world. The puppy can't get out the pound without doing this maneuver. I know what I have to do; now I just have to do it They say third time is a charm. I'm going to get this. I'm going to bridle and bit this horse before it breaks me. Good teachers; I'll be in the saddle soon. Keep the faith!! If any of you pass through the Easton area of Pennsylvania give us a blast of the air horn for luck. Be cool on your stool; neat in your highback. Go safely; see you on the big road!

kandieman; backing! Its a dirty job but somebody has to do it. I'll be going with "Big Blue" Werner Enterprises 8) 8) after graduation. I need a place to start and they seem as good a place as any to get a start with. Thanks for the advice. Go safely; see you on the big road!

kandieman; I'll be going to the terminal in Allentown, Pa which is thirty minutes from the house 8) 8) for orientation. Hopefully I won't have to wait long for a trainer out of that terminal and not have to travel out of state to get one. Go safely; see you on the big road!

Way to go dtrain. I to have been researching for quite a while. I go to local truck stops here in Houston. Most drivers are real nice and will talk to me, but some are real...well we'll leave it at that.

I have a well paying job...now but the India thing is coming I think. I hope to make the life stile change soon as well. Going to visit the local community college next week I hope. I'm going to do the weekend training and keep this job.
Wishing I was driving, watching from the 22nd floor watching Y'all go by on I-10 in Houston

Wishing I could ride for a week or so to see the real Trucking world
