Default trucking companies with no cost training

I'm looking for my sisters friend or bfriend anyway he lives in Indiana and needs zero up front training as he wants to drive a truck. The only ones that I can come up with off the top of my head are Schneider, werner, swift, tmc? I thought forgo did, but it doesn't appear they do from their website. Any other suggestions. NO CRST, PAM, OR USA TRUCK.

Check under the "Company Listings." There are 21 companies listed under "Driver Training." You may also check with Roehl and Millis. If you want to get into flats you could check with Maverick and TMC.

Roehl and create aren't offering no cost training. I did look at the list of companies, but only a couple offer no upfront cost training. I'm going to try to get him to pay for his own training. Looks like list needs updated. I'll check milliseconds.

Things can change. You may have him to pick up some of the trucking magazines that can be found at most truck stops, if he lives near one. Some carriers will reimburse the cost of school. You may do a search on this site to see if you can come up with more names.

No to be really rude here, but beggars can't be choosers. Whichever company is willing to give him in the no cost training will be the right one for him. Now, there may be more than one, and at that point you may chose, but there are no guaranties here.
For Anthony, who was taken from our lives much too young. I love you honey, and I will always miss you.

I understand I know werner and Schneider will so I would not recommend crst, Pam, USA truck, prime, or cr England. Choices are limited these days for companies with no cost training.

Tell him there is no such thing as "no cost training"'as your going to owe whomever your soul for a year or so. LOL. All kidding aside, I'd tell him to check out Millis if it were my choice out of all whom offer "no cost". ;>)

That's the info I was looking for. I have explained there is no free training he just can't afford to pay out of pocket. I'm trying to get him to get the cash up to pay half and go to CWTL who will pay the other half if he jails just one load.

Suggest they check with CFI/Conway, main office in Joplin, Mo. ... they did have a policy, where you went to their schools they contract with .. and graduated .. went out with a Trainer and once your assigned your own tractor ... they pay off the school in full..... Now if you don't graudate, or pass the back ground check throughtly ... You owe the school in full. When they offered this program the only thing it cost you was your housing for a month and the food you eat ............. I doubt seriously there is Any company out there that will pay for school, housing, and food while in school. Good luck.

I went throught CFI/Conway Truckload's program. The current out of pocket cost for Conway truckload's program is aprox $220 and they pay off the rest of the school if you pull one load. If he can come up with the money I will reccoment CWTL as I believe it is an excellent program, they even pay you by the mile while with your trainer. I believe it was 25 cpm when I went through.I don't believe their program ever was zero cost to go to school.

crb .. when I went back for a refresher/ for CFI/Conway ... I didn't pay Anything for school .. only housing and food. I already had my CDL so I didn't have to consider that in the cost. Things do change over time thou. ..
