    Just joking

I get a kick out of that every time I am at a Loves and they ask you where you are parked before giving you a shower key. The cashier tells me it happens all the time. I take it drivers that do this must be new to the industry or just don't give a dam.

You mean someone is actually trying to be proactive about it and put a stop to it? Awesome.

There are also drivers that will pull into the fuel island, not buy any fuel, but will spend time inside (as long as they can make excuse for) to show their dislike for truck stops like Love's and Pilot. I used to know a few that did.

The last time I saw a guy do that was at the Troutville, VA T/A. He was driving a Pete 379 (I think for BTL, but not positive), and it took a good five minutes for the liquid in the tank trailer to settle down after he popped the brakes and went inside to the arcade.

Nobody can take a shower in 15 min! Unless you don't take your clothes off, use soap, shampoo, or water for that matter. If you're going to take a shower, park your rig out in the lot and walk your lazy ass into the building. Those *********s who park at the fuel islands for extended periods of time are nothing but self-centered lazy losers who think they're the only ones out here driving for a living and nobody has a schedule but them. I always feel alot better when I'm able to give them a piece of my mind once I see them waddle back out to their truck with an arm full of junk food, 2 weeks of short of a shower and shoving a burrito into their pie hole with the look of being absolutely dumbfounded and ignorant glazed over their mug. Beg to differ on a shower in under 15 minutes, I can do it in 5-7 minutes and come out clean, what's the problem?

Ironically enough, after years of complaining about people doing this (especially the time I got stuck behind some jackass for 30 minutes at a Love's), I've parked on fuel islands quite a few times now. When you're pulling these wiggle wagons, there just aren't a lot of other places to park, and those places fill up fast with other wiggle wagons.
