    Yeah, there's quite a bit of road kill out there! The good thing about hauling groceries, I have a freezer! I could just put one of those nice 12 points up in the freezer.

    At this point, leaving the company would be an act of employment suicide. Even switching within the company isn't going to help. As someone stated earlier, new responsibillities, more work, different conditions to get used to, and he could be doing himself a serious dis-service. With two accidents, after the flood of drivers from companies that shut down, he is currently not hireable with anyone else. He's going to have to carefully walk a straight line where he is, and don't give them a reason to let him go. At least until the accidents are 3 or more years old.
