Everytime I get to the Super Coop eastbound I-80 in Iowa I get a red light on my prepass.
When I go up the ramp I get the bypass the scale arrow everytime.
Why not just give me a green light on the prepass and save me the detour?

They have to pull in a certain percentage of prepass trucks a day, even if you get the bypass it counts.

Sometimes certain states get a hard-on and start pulling everyone in for a while. They can set the transponder to stop everyone or bypass everyone if they want to. It seems to me that I've gotten green lights every time through Iowa this year, but I haven't been out there in a while. Couldn't swear to it.
