Default Letter to the jodge or who should i send it to

I Blake B. Whigham have recently been trying to apply for trucking school, but was denied enrollment due to having an abundant amount of points on my license. These points were previous traffic violations that have been paid in full. I am at the point of my life where I am trying to create new and positive opportunities for myself. I am a determined, hard worker who has been trying to further my career as a commercial truck driver. In order to be accepted to the trucking program I would need to have points removed from my license. To change my life around for the better, I am willing to complete community service hours and/or attend traffic school to remove this from my driving record.

    Sincerely,

Try sending the letter to a JUDGE. I don't think a jodge can help you.

Even if the school will take you I have some bad news for you. Right now there is absolutely no shortage of drivers. Why would a company hire you with 5 points when they have 5 people with no points? And I know you think only one company needs to "give you a shot" but why would they when your insurance is going to be twice as much? Unfortunately for you, Point accumulation is a significant sign of future crashes.

What Judge would you write a letter to? I believe if you really want to try to clear your record either hire an attorney or wait it out.

Look in the federal government section of the white pages of your local phone book for the US Marshal's Service. You can call your local office and explain your situation and they can usually help or point you in the right direction. Hope this helps.....

It's not only the points. Remember, these tickets stay on your record for 7-10 years.

The time to have spoken to the judge was when your infractions occurred not years later. The judge has no ability at this time to dismiss the points. You apparently were found guilty of the charges and the judge ruled on them. The appeal time is over.

The reason the tickets and points stay on your record is probably a good indication of the time determined needed to report your risk.

Most likely your best bet is to talk to companies and tell them of your intent, but it will difficult because of their cost to insure you and the risk you present.
