Default GPS receivers designed for trucking or with trucking options

Im looking into buying myself a GPS receiver except im not sure if there are any made specifically for trucking. So far most of the ones I have looked into online dont seem to have any trucking options.
The company im going to be working for says they rather not have us use GPS because they want us using the directions they give us through the Quallcom but while I was out with my instructor we sometimes got bad directions and ended up getting lost.
Does anyone out there know of any decent GPS receivers made for trucking or with trucking options?
Do they let you know if there are low bridges? Do they plan around them?
Do they plan around no truck zones, weight limits, things like that?
Any info and pricing on receivers you have dealt with would really help me out right now.
    Thanks!

There are a couple options out there, but nothing is perfect. You still have to check the routing against the MCRA and definitely still get directions from the shipper/receivers.

ALK CoPilot Truck is the one I use 99% of the time. I also use iGuidance, which is a great laptop GPS app, but isn't truck specific.

As a side note concerning CoPilot. If you're going to buy it, wait until v12 is released. v11 definitely isn't the best out there. It has a LOT of problems that ALK has refused to work on patches for. They're instead focusing on a rewrite in order to get v12 out.

GPS is a good tool but still, watch for stuff it can't see.
My three favorite things about Pilot Truck Stops are; coffee, cups and lids.
